To improve network connectivity and fault-tolerant network operation, we are connected to all major telecom providers in Almaty. We are a neutral platform, so customers can freely organize inter-operator connections.
The network of data centers in Almaty has direct connections to telecom operators such as Transtelecom, TNS-Plus, Vista Technology and TOIT KazGov-IX. There are peering connections to Kazakhtelecom, Alma-TV, Jusan, OBIT, Smartnet, IntelSoft (10G), STS, NLS Kazakhstan. Connection to telecom providers is carried out through redundant operator-class border routers. The network core of each data center is built on a pair of switches united by stacking technology.
The network of data centers in Almaty is united by an optical ring with a bandwidth of 100 Gbit/s. We are also connected to KazGov-IX internet exchange through two independent fiber-optic routes. Thus, we made access to both the Internet and Kaznet fault-tolerant.
We pay special attention to information security issues. Our company has been audited and confirmed its compliance with the ST RK ISO / IEC 27001-2023, ISO / IEC 27001: 2013 and PCI DSS 4.0.1 information security standards. The ISO/IEC 27001 standard describes the best global practices in the field of information security management. The PCI DSS standard describes a comprehensive approach to ensuring the information security of payment card data.
We carefully comply with the PCI DSS requirements for the physical security of data centers. The buildings in which the data centers are located are guarded around the clock; in the event of an emergency, employees of private security companies and the police are involved. Access to the data centers is strictly regulated: employees and visitors undergo mandatory authorization and identification.
At the entrance to the premises, there is an access control system with two-factor authentication - biometrics and a key card. The data center premises are under round-the-clock surveillance, including by the PS Security Operation Center team.
